WHERE WE SHIP
Liquid Keratin currently ships only within the continental USA.
ADDRESS INFORMATION
Please ensure all address information is input correctly. We cannot take responsibility if a delivery does not occur because an address was not properly entered at check-out.. This can result in not receiving an order. If this occurs, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping carrier to get information on the whereabouts of the order.
SHIPPING METHODS, COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMELINES
All other orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days and should arrive within 5 to 8 business days depending on geographic location.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Continental USA - All orders are over $50 are shipped FREE by ground freight.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Most orders are shipped from our Distribution Centre in Dayton, New Jersey. We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.
All orders placed after 8 am Friday and over the weekend are packed and shipped Monday.
Orders placed during a Federal Holiday weekend are packed and shipped the first business day after the holiday.
Some international orders are shipped through various countries around the world to abide by regulatory requirements.
REFUSED PACKAGES
A $15 USD Non–Delivery Fee will be charged for all refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the method of payment selected during the checkout procedure and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING HOURS
In accordance with U.S. Federal Holidays, our Distribution Centre will be closed on the following holidays:
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Years Day
TRACKING ORDERS
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email that will contain all shipment details including your tracking number and a link to the selected carrier’s site.
